Amber Cove is a purpose-built cruise port near Puerto Plata with an on-site pool, zip lines, and a water park right at the terminal. Beyond the port gates, excursions run to the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua for canyoning and cliff-jumping, cable-car rides up Mount Isabel de Torres, and the colonial architecture of Puerto Plata's Malecón.
